A Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o – LAI (Lei Federal n\u00ba 12.527, de 18\/11\/2011<\/a>), regulamentou as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais que asseguram a todos os cidad\u00e3os o direito de receber dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos informa\u00e7\u00f5es de seu interesse particular, ou de interesse coletivo ou geral, bem como o acesso a registros administrativos e a informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre atos de governo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

No pr\u00e9dio principal da Prefeitura, no endere\u00e7o Rua General Os\u00f3rio, 200 \u2013 Centro, qualquer informa\u00e7\u00e3o
pode ser solicitada diretamente ao departamento de Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento ao Cidad\u00e3o –
SAC, ou pelo telefone (51) 3742-1098, no hor\u00e1rio de atendimento das 7h30 \u00e0s 11h30 e das 13h \u00e0s 17h de segunda a sexta.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPRAZOS DE RESPOSTA AO CIDAD\u00c3O, INCLUINDO O RECURSAL, E AS AUTORIDADES COMPETENTES PARA O EXAME DOS PEDIDOS, AL\u00c9M DO PROCEDIMENTO REFERENTE \u00c0 REALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DO PEDIDO E DE EVENTUAL RECURSO<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

Art. 8\u00ba <\/span>O Servi\u00e7o de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o ao Cidad\u00e3o – SIC dever\u00e1 conceder o acesso imediato \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel.
<\/span>\u00a7 1\u00ba <\/span>N\u00e3o sendo poss\u00edvel a concess\u00e3o de acesso imediato, na forma do <\/span>caput <\/span>deste artigo, o SIC, em prazo n\u00e3o superior a 20 (vinte) dias, dever\u00e1:
<\/span>I – <\/span>comunicar a data, local e modo para se realizar a consulta, efetuar a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o ou obter a certid\u00e3o;
<\/span>II – <\/span>indicar as raz\u00f5es de fato ou de direito da recusa, total ou parcial, do acesso pretendido; ou,
<\/span>III – <\/span>comunicar que n\u00e3o possui a informa\u00e7\u00e3o, indicando, se for do seu conhecimento, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou a entidade que a det\u00e9m, ou, ainda, remetendo o requerimento a esse \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade, cientificando o interessado da remessa de seu pedido de informa\u00e7\u00e3o.
<\/span>\u00a7 2\u00ba <\/span>O prazo referido no \u00a7 1\u00ba poder\u00e1 ser prorrogado por mais 10 (dez) dias, mediante justificativa expressa, da qual ser\u00e1 cientificado o requerente.<\/span> <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
