Foi inaugurada, no fim da manh\u00e3 deste s\u00e1bado, 18 de outubro, a nova ponte que liga o bairro ao centro de Sobradinho. O ato ocorreu no local da obra, entre as ruas Capit\u00e3o Ver\u00edssimo e Frederico Mundstock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de pronunciamentos e descerramento da fita inaugural, marcando a primeira inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o das pontes reconstru\u00eddas ap\u00f3s a intemp\u00e9rie clim\u00e1tica que afetou Sobradinho, tamb\u00e9m foi realizada uma b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o ecum\u00eanica na presen\u00e7a de lideran\u00e7as religiosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ato inaugural contou com a presen\u00e7a do prefeito Luiz Affonso Trevisan, vice Nilo Wietzke, secret\u00e1rios municipais, vereadores, representantes do governo federal, e membros da comunidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos discursos, foi evidenciada a alegria com o principal acesso ao bairro agora reconstru\u00eddo. A popula\u00e7\u00e3o da Baixada encontrava-se com dificuldades de acesso desde a enchente hist\u00f3rica, quando a ponte que fazia sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o com o centro da cidade ficou comprometida e passou por processo de demoli\u00e7\u00e3o, para que tivesse sua reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o iniciada. Um acesso provis\u00f3rio foi erguido meses depois, mas, com intensas chuvas, por vezes cedeu. Foram per\u00edodos necessitando se deslocar por trecho mais longo, passando pelo asfalto que contorna a cidade, chegando a ser cogitada uma ponte m\u00f3vel em per\u00edodos em que o acesso provis\u00f3rio ficou indispon\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os projetos para constru\u00e7\u00e3o das novas pontes em Sobradinho foram cadastrados junto \u00e0 Defesa Civil\/Minist\u00e9rio da Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e do Desenvolvimento Regional ainda em 2024. J\u00e1 o processo de demoli\u00e7\u00e3o da antiga ponte teve in\u00edcio em maio de 2025. Os trabalhos pela empresa vencedora do processo licitat\u00f3rio, a Boa F\u00e9 Constru\u00e7\u00f5es, iniciaram pela sondagem do espa\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova ponte do Bairro Baixada conta com v\u00e3o livre de aproximadamente 23 metros para a passagem de \u00e1gua. Nos pr\u00f3ximos dias ser\u00e3o feitos os trabalhos de acabamento da obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O recurso para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 oriundo do Governo Federal, por meio do Minist\u00e9rio da Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e do Desenvolvimento Regional, sendo que o pagamento da primeira parcela referente ao trabalho de reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o das pontes urbanas em Sobradinho foi realizado no in\u00edcio de junho de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o ato oficial de inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o e libera\u00e7\u00e3o da ponte, foi servido almo\u00e7o com galeto assado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As pontes e acessos reconstru\u00eddos representam importante aspecto para a retomada do desenvolvimento social e econ\u00f4mico dos munic\u00edpios ga\u00fachos atingidos pelas intemp\u00e9ries
