O documento tamb\u00e9m destaca iniciativas voltadas ao desenvolvimento rural sustent\u00e1vel, ao fortalecimento da agricultura familiar e ao apoio \u00e0s pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas municipais.<br>J\u00e1 o Plano Operativo 2026 detalha o planejamento das atividades previstas para o pr\u00f3ximo ano, com defini\u00e7\u00e3o de prioridades e estrat\u00e9gias alinhadas \u00e0s demandas locais e \u00e0s diretrizes institucionais da Emater-RS\/Ascar, mantendo a atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada com o Poder Executivo Municipal.<br>A entrega dos documentos refor\u00e7a a
