As obras representam um importante avan\u00e7o na reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio e ir\u00e3o beneficiar fam\u00edlias atingidas pelos desastres clim\u00e1ticos dos \u00faltimos anos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O local receber\u00e1 60 unidades habitacionais. Ap\u00f3s a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o dos terrenos, realizada pela Prefeitura de Sobradinho, a empresa respons\u00e1vel pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o iniciou a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das bases estruturais das resid\u00eancias. A montagem das caixas para as bases j\u00e1 estava em andamento e, na \u00faltima quarta-feira, teve in\u00edcio a etapa de concretagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os servi\u00e7os de concretagem seguem at\u00e9 s\u00e1bado, dia 8, com a previs\u00e3o de conclus\u00e3o das bases das primeiras 20 unidades habitacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As casas ser\u00e3o constru\u00eddas pelo sistema steel frame, m\u00e9todo moderno que proporciona maior agilidade na execu\u00e7\u00e3o. Conforme a empresa respons\u00e1vel, a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de que todas as 60 unidades estejam conclu\u00eddas entre 90 e 120 dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O novo Loteamento Popular, denominado Jary Schirmer, representa um importante investimento na reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio e na garantia de moradia digna para fam\u00edlias que sofreram com os eventos clim\u00e1ticos dos \u00faltimos anos. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os crit\u00e9rios de sele\u00e7\u00e3o, os benefici\u00e1rios contemplados e as pr\u00f3ximas etapas da constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o divulgadas pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal conforme o andamento das obras e a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do cronograma do programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\"
