EDUCA\u00c7\u00c3O \u2013 CACS-FUNDEB NO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE SOBRADINHO-RS<\/p>\n<p>O Conselho Municipal de Acompanhamento e Controle Social do Fundo de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica e de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o no Munic\u00edpio \u2013 CACS-FUNDEB,&nbsp; criado nos termos da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 4.777 de 22 de abril de 2021, em conformidade com o art. 212-A da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, regulamentado na forma da Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.113 de 25 de dezembro de 2020, \u00e9 organizado na forma de colegiado, vinculado \u00e0 Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, e tem por finalidade acompanhar a reparti\u00e7\u00e3o, transfer\u00eancia e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos financeiros do FUNDEB com organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a\u00e7\u00e3o independentes e em harmonia com os \u00f3rg\u00e3os da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Municipal de Sobradinho.<\/p>\n<p>O Controle social exercido pelo CACS &#8211; FUNDEB tem por objetivo o fortalecimento entre sociedade civil e o Poder p\u00fablico. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio que os cidad\u00e3os exer\u00e7am o seu papel social participando ativamente da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica, tornando o controle social um instrumento a servi\u00e7o da democracia, no intuito de concretizar direitos e garantias previstas na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o
