Tem como benefici\u00e1rios os trabalhadores da cultura e as entidades e pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas que atuem na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, na difus\u00e3o, na promo\u00e7\u00e3o, na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de bens, produtos ou servi\u00e7os art\u00edsticos e culturais, inclusive o patrim\u00f4nio cultural material e imaterial.<\/p><p><strong>Munic\u00edpio de Sobradinho\/RS<\/strong><\/p><p>R$\u00a0122.965,26 do qual 25% ser\u00e1 destinado inicialmente \u00e0 PNCV (Pol\u00edtica Nacional Cultura Viva), conforme Art. 2\u00ba, inciso II, da Portaria MINC n\u00ba 80\/2023.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Conforme Art. 13 do Decreto N\u00ba 11.740\/2023 que regulamenta a lei, os Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios poder\u00e3o ainda utilizar um percentual de at\u00e9 5% do total dos recursos recebidos para a operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da lei.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Plano\u00a0Anual\u00a0de\u00a0Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0de\u00a0Recursos\u00a0(PAAR)<\/strong><\/p><p>O Plano Anual de Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos Recursos (PAAR) consiste em documento que detalha as metas e a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o cadastrado na Transferegov, elaborado pelo ente federativo, conforme modelo disponibilizado pelo MINC, mediante
