No dia 17 de julho, as merendeiras das EMEIs e EMEBs de Sobradinho participaram de uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o na Escola Borges de Medeiros, com foco na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos sem gl\u00faten e sem lactose. A atividade foi conduzida pela nutricionista da Secretaria Municipal da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura, Turismo e Desporto, Andressa Lovatto, em parceria com as extensionistas rurais da Emater\/ASCAR, Maiquiele Aline Schaefer Roso e Elaine Skolaude.
A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo orientar as profissionais sobre o preparo de refei\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas \u00e0s crian\u00e7as com restri\u00e7\u00f5es alimentares, garantindo seguran\u00e7a, qualidade e inclus\u00e3o na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o escolar.
A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal refor\u00e7a que a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua das equipes \u00e9 essencial para oferecer um card\u00e1pio nutritivo e adaptado \u00e0s necessidades de todos os alunos. O n\u00famero de crian\u00e7as com intoler\u00e2ncias alimentares tem crescido, e \u00e9 fundamental que a rede municipal esteja preparada para acolher e atender com responsabilidade esse p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
