Na tarde da quinta-feira, 31 de julho, o Grupo Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o realizou mais um encontro no Gin\u00e1sio Baixad\u00e3o. A atividade contou com uma roda de conversa conduzida pela enfermeira Marilia Binotto, que abordou a import\u00e2ncia dos encontros na comunidade e refletiu sobre o verdadeiro significado de sa\u00fade: n\u00e3o apenas a aus\u00eancia de doen\u00e7as, mas o bem-estar f\u00edsico, mental e emocional.
Durante a conversa, foi destacada a import\u00e2ncia de reconhecer e aceitar as pr\u00f3prias emo\u00e7\u00f5es, compreender seus significados e respeitar os pr\u00f3prios limites, buscando ajuda sempre que necess\u00e1rio.
O encontro tamb\u00e9m contou com a presen\u00e7a dos agentes comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade da \u00e1rea e do secret\u00e1rio municipal da Sa\u00fade, Liberto Guilherme Mehler que refor\u00e7ou a relev\u00e2ncia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o da comunidade no grupo. Ele ressaltou que o espa\u00e7o \u00e9 seguro para dialogar sobre quest\u00f5es relacionadas ao bem-estar psicol\u00f3gico e emocional, promovendo socializa\u00e7\u00e3o, acolhimento e empatia.
O Grupo Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o se re\u00fane todas as quintas-feiras no Gin\u00e1sio Baixad\u00e3o, com uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o voltada ao fortalecimento da sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e emocional dos participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
