Na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira, 12 de agosto, a Prefeitura de Sobradinho, por meio da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria, recolheu quatro cavalos, tr\u00eas machos e uma f\u00eamea branca, nas proximidades da empresa SC Cereais.
O propriet\u00e1rio dos animais deve entrar em contato com a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria pelo telefone (51) 99914-2325 ou comparecer ao Posto Central, localizado na rua Jo\u00e3o Alfredo, n\u00ba 77.
A a\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 amparada pela Lei Municipal n\u00ba 2.287, de 01 de julho de 2002, que em seu artigo 6\u00ba pro\u00edbe a perman\u00eancia, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e o tr\u00e2nsito de animais em logradouros p\u00fablicos ou locais de livre acesso ao p\u00fablico. Conforme o artigo 7\u00ba, todo animal encontrado em desacordo com essa norma ser\u00e1 apreendido e mantido, por at\u00e9 tr\u00eas dias, no dep\u00f3sito municipal, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de seu propriet\u00e1rio.
Caso n\u00e3o haja resgate no prazo previsto, a lei estabelece que os animais poder\u00e3o ser destinados a leil\u00e3o, ado\u00e7\u00e3o ou doa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
